Noureen DeWulf was born on the 28th of February, 1984, is a native of New York City. Her entire life she showed a amount of enthusiasm for becoming a professional actress. While attending Boston University School of the Arts and Performing Arts, she started laying the foundations to pursue her dream profession. Her career started following her graduation. Her first auditions were for roles in various films. Then she was offered a part as the lead character in a 2005 film called West Bank Story.
