Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28 1984 on February 28, 1984 in New York City. The actress always displayed a large deal of interest in becoming an actor. While she was at the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to build the foundations for her future career. Following graduation, Noureen began to apply for roles in various films. In 2005 she obtained the role of a major character in a movie called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was shown at various festival events around the globe.
