Noureen DeWulf was born on 28 February 1984, in New York City. The desire to be an actress has been constant. As a student at Boston University School of the Arts She began to lay the foundations to pursue her dream career. Noureen auditioned for different roles shortly after graduating. The film she auditioned for gave her a significant part in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 at the Sundance Film Festival, but was also featured in different festivals across the globe. The film won an Oscar in 2007 for Best Live Action Short Film and helped set the scene for Noureen deWulf to achieve the success she has envisioned for herself in the future. Noureen has since played in TV series such as Girlfriends, Chuck and Outsourced.
