Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports journey at age 14. She studied boxing, kickboxing and wrestling prior to making her debut appearance as an amateur at WCFC before Jaimee Nievera. Ladd became more confident after her win, and she won three bouts in Ultimate Reno Combat. Her adversaries were defeated all during the first round. In WCFC Ladd fought, she defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen defeated Silvia Babaeghian Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 before taking on Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia beat Aspen, and beat her in a unanimously voted victory. Cynthia's record as an amateur was marred. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent match against Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen started her professional career in 2015, signing with Invicta FC for her professional debut. Invicta fight Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta '11 and she won by the first round TKO. Invicta 16, she was able to go up to Bantamweight after winning her fight with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen's dazzling wrestling ability took down McGill in the first round, and she managed to finish her fight in the third round by TKO (elbows and strikes). Aspen was then able to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight at 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, however Aspen won and beat Hoy via TKO. Invicta FC 28 was her last bout for the organization. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks be defeated in a unanimous verdict. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She was a step ahead of Lina as she ground-and-pound beat her to the TKO victory in the second round. She repeated her dominance and picked up a more amazing victory in her subsequent fight against Tonya Evinger at UFC 229. Ladd stopped Evinger's fight after the opening round. The winner also got the bonus for performance of evening. Ladd fought in her debut big fight at her debut fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. The two fighters had an intense fight which Ladd was victorious by a majority decision. The two fighters each received their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd in just 16 seconds, putting an end to her winning streak. The third time she fought on UFC on ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. In her most recent fight with the UFC she fought Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 in a rematch fight. The fight ended in a unanimous verdict.
