Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I share my life in general, my good and bad days. In 1990, my family moved to America. At the age of one quarter I was able to join my parents. My parents were the source of my inspiration and I worked to be successful. My goals were set for me to study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy a home. While I believed this was the standard for success, life had different goals. 2013 was the year I realized I disliked my corporate position. Although the salary and the status was great, I didn't feel like the work was satisfying. It was more like I was simply doing nothing but wasting time. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also loved socializing and being able to aid other people. As I moved towards this direction change in my life, I started to find the personal training I needed. It was in 2014 that I founded my small company and it will be the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. Few Asian women are employed in the fashion industry. As coach, my mission is to inspire people to lead a healthy and enjoyable life by establishing sustainable lifestyles that cater to each individual's needs and goals. In addition, I strive in empowering others to achieve the goals they have set for themselves and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest success in my entire life. However, my mother passed away just when my career took off. Following an 8-year battle with Scleroderma, she is at peace at Heaven. I will never forget her and will always remember her in my mind and in my heart. Even if you can't see the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really require. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I truly believe that her passing gave me the chance to start an entirely new chapter. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time for her to transition to her next chapter and for me to have the chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. In my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of living and being alive. I don't feel like I just exist anymore. My experiences are shared with you so that I can talk about my experience as well as my words. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You're capable of getting anything you'd like to. Therapy is necessary and normal. Health is the greatest wealth. Because death is all we have in life I want you to enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
